Day 3 of the series of lesson on solid shapes. Today we focus on the sphere. Hope you enjoy!

hello everybody in Wilson today number 3 on our series of lessons about solid shapes today we're going to focus on the solid shape called but before we learn about the sphere what are these two other solid shapes that you learned about previously does anybody remember yeah yesterday we learned about the cylinder learn that the cylinder has a flat top in the flat bottom so has two flat size we also learn that's a cylinder can fluoride and that the cylinder can roll does anyone remember what the other shapes we learn before the cylinder was called you're right it is it's you and we learned the key was like a boss and that we learned that the Q pictures of the show you the cube has edges in corners and we learned that the Q can you slide yes if you can roll noticed you could not roll because of the edges if you cannot hold because of the edges notas De Chelly we're going to learn about is called the sphere and have a picture for you and that is how you spell it a sphere an easy way to describe the sphere it's like a ball like a ball a sphere has no edges and it has no corners let me show you some spirits that I found around my apartment found a ball has no edges and no corners I sound a little doggie toys for the top the rest of the spear I found this giant pumpkin from Halloween I never got rid of it how do you spell sound the stennis ball what is a sphere balls are spheres now do you think a sphere can fly or do you think a sphere can roll I think it's fear can roll because it has no edges and corners of the Spheres roll sphere cannot slide cuz it's got the doesn't have any flat side things can only slide if they've a flat side the sphere does not so cannot slide it can only roll no let me show you how to draw a sphere drawing a sphere is a bit tricky mr. Waters a hard time with you marker let's start by drawing a circle start the top I go around and back to the top now this looks left this is a circle circle is not a solid shape that's because it is flat now to make the sphere look like a solid shape sometimes I just makes them miles and some curvy lines like that's the best I can do to make it look like a sphere like a boss que no like I said this year are what's practicing the word spear because it's a very tricky word I'll say it first spear now you can do it one more time year so now we have the sphere we have the Q and we have you looked for it d note of three solid shapes fear the cylinder and the Q let's say them together cylinder and Sear no I'm going to you guys on some facts about these shapes what shape has edges and corners and six sides that would be the Q what shape can roll plaid and has two flat sides one on top 1 on bottom that would be that would be a cylinder what shape is it round like a ball can only roll and has no edges and no corners and no flat side that would be the sphere ding ding ding ding ding ding ding play are white board game where I draw the shapes and then we color them in the right, but I tell you so let me go and race this for racists fear today think I'm going to put any flat shapes with the three solid shapes that we so thank you for being patient while I drop these how to make a cube I'll make the sphere Omega cylinder I'll make a cube how to make a spear I'll make a cylinder on its side looks like rolling away soul in Rolling cylinder I'll make another Cube fear without reading corner I'll make a cylinder another sphere in the other corner and how about one more where can I put that spare room corner so check it out this is what I make no parents at home you can do the same thing that we're doing here your direction is going to be color all the Spheres red so you will not see any flat it all solid shapes so it's yours is a sphere and always say the shape when you're coloring it you're the sphere years of year last year color all the cylinders blue my new marker to all the cylinders blue like that is one on its side this is a sieve say the name of the shape while I color them in here's a cylinder years of cylinder no I think I got all my cylinders right what no oh man I wish in the master cylinder there's one right up here if you guys is a cylinder now all I have left are the cute color all the cubes green set my green marker all the king's great music you they are the few thank you for doing that with you guys marker so it doesn't dry out before we go let us review one last time ear you cylinder we have one last solid shape to learn about tomorrow and that will be this home if your parents or whoever is taking care of you is with you and you would like to look around where you live for some spheres and you have therefore Mission Navy you have some scheme around your house or apartment ball is a dog toys you never know where you'll find spheres so if you can walk around where you live with mom or dad or grandma or Grandpa and her uncle spheres take some pictures of them send them to me if you want and remember tomorrow will be our last solid shape called tell me about the comb tomorrow until then I hope you enjoyed your lesson on the sphere I will see you tomorrow bye bye
