Hello Room 16 Students and Families!

 

I  look forward to seeing you all at our ZOOM meeting this morning (or, if you are reading this after our ZOOM meeting, it was nice to see you)!  Yesterday, I have sent to your email a few different ways to join our ZOOM meeting that I hope will work.  I have also attached a link on directions on how to join us on this page, if you would like to review it.  

 

A big thank you to all the families who are helping their child to continue their education at home.  I know it is not easy, and I appreciate what you do!

 

One video post today as I will be reading a story during our ZOOM get together.  This is the last subtraction lesson, and I recommend watching it before completing the following subtraction problems.

Sumboe has 9 chicken nuggets, he gives 1 to Joel.  How many does Sumboe have left?

 

Victoria has 8 stickers, she gives 7 to Zara.  How many does Victoria have left?

 

Brennen has 10 blocks, he gives 3 to Mickey.  How many does Brennen have left?

 

Jessica has 4 cupcakes, she gives all 4 to Sean.  How many does Jessica have left?

 

Mariah has 7 dolls, she gives 5 to Lyla.  How many does Mariah have left?

Next week, we are going to focus on our rhyming skills.  We will also go back to our regular two ZOOM meetings a week.  With our next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 29 at 10:00 am.

3. complete the subtraction problems

4. spend time with the RAZ KIDS reading program

5. count to 100 by ones and tens

6. draw a picture that you might like to share at our next ZOOM meeting
