A family program presented by the African American Family Advisory Council (AAFAC).
Includes a soul food buffet dinner, starting at 6, followed by a greeting from Supt. Dr. Daryl Camp, performances by SLZUSD students and a presentation on the history and significance of the Kwanzaa holiday, which starts Dec. 26.
The parking lot behind Edendale Middle School, with access to the gym, is accessible from East 14th Street at Jack Holland Park, adjacent to the Ashland Youth REACH Center.
Event will also be accessible from the Ashland Avenue side of the school.
All district families and employees are welcome!
